Var en riktig "kontaktnazi" efter lågrepsen i bänkpress ;p

Wide Grip Bench Press 8 set 1-5 reps
Dumbbell Flys 3 set 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press 3 set 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Flys 3 set 10 reps

Och en gnutta triceps som avslutning
Tricep pulldown 1 set 10 reps


Nu blir de mat, dusch och sen gonatt. Jobb om 8,5h..
